No mother, anywhere in the world, should ever have to lose a child — and thanks to the global decline of poverty and spread of medical technology, fewer do." It's great that you thanked the people who helped you through what must have been a very trying time for all of you !

somewhat ironically , using one of the most ancient and brutal techniques , cesarean section.
I won't go into the name or the detail here , but modern medication , anaesthesia etc have transformed this "last gasp" technique into a viable and humane procedure today in our
"modern medical facilities" and there is much to be commended and grateful for !
Thank goodness for the promotion and the success of " prosperity" , "science" and "medicine"
which enabled all this wonderful outcome ...........apart from your efforts of course !
